Women 'to be richer sex by 2025'
BBC News
April 22, 2005
Women will be richer than men by 2025 and own 60% of the UK's personal wealth, a new study suggests.
The rise, up from 48%, will be due to women performing better in education, having higher levels of single home ownership and a longer life expectancy.
Researchers found there are 24% more women millionaires aged 18 to 44 than men - 47,355 compared to 37,935.
There are also more women millionaires aged over 65, the Centre for Economics and Business Research study said.
The study, which was carried out for financial services group Liverpool Victoria, based its predictions on existing figures on personal wealth, education, home ownership and working patterns.
It drew attention to the fact that in 2004, 70% of women aged 16 to 64 were in work, compared with 56% in 1971.
Meanwhile, over the same period, the proportion of men in employment has fallen from 92% in 1971 to 80% in 2004.
Commenting on the trends, a spokeswoman for Liverpool Victoria said: "This change will come about due to the rise of a cohort of financially sophisticated younger women, adding to the traditional sources of female wealth such as marriage and inheritance."
Long-term planning
However, Liverpool Victoria did suggest that the financial future where women were concerned was not entirely positive.
It found that women were less likely to engage in long-term financial planning than men, with women being half as likely as men to have a stakeholder pension - 4.2 million men compared with two million women.
And single women are also far less likely than the national average to have mortgage protection, employment protection or permanent health insurance.

Women are powering ahead in the race for riches

Female millionaires will outnumber their male counterparts across all age groups within 20 years, says research published today. It describes women as the "financial powerhouses" of Britain.
The study predicts that women will own 60 per cent of the nation's personal wealth by 2025, with many using their professional and personal skills to extraordinary financial effect.
At present, women millionaires between the ages of 18-44, and over the age of 65, outnumber male millionaires, the report says. They own 48 per cent of the nation's personal wealth.
But significant change will occur as a result of the rise in "financially sophisticated younger women", who will swell the numbers of those who inherit their wealth.
Many more women will own property - property ownership has helped to catapult women in business - and girls are performing better than boys at school, obtaining traditionally male, high-powered jobs.
Women are also living longer and are more likely to inherit. Then there are those who marry - and divorce - "well".
Women are increasingly using their business wiles to gain financial rewards from their private lives. In America they are classified as Boomers (those who have inherited their husband's wealth) and Sarahs (Single And Rich And Happy) who have made their cash through clever wrangling in the divorce courts.
Claire Symonds, a spokesman for Coutts Bank, said: "Women are benefiting from enormous divorce settlements, commonly leaving them 50 per cent of all marital assets, and wising up to their financial rights."
The research, carried out by the Centre for Economics and Business Research, for the Liverpool Victoria friendly society said there were 47,355 women millionaires aged between 18 and 44 compared with 37,935 men.
In the over-65 group, women millionaires outnumber their male counterparts by 71,369 to 67,865.
Although men still earn more on average than women, the pattern is changing.

Authority on Women and Leadership Named Dean of Simmons School of Management; Assumes Leadership of World's Only Business School Designed for Women
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 2005--The Simmons College Board of Trustees has appointed Deborah Merrill-Sands, a recognized authority on women and leadership, as the dean of the Simmons School of Management in Boston, the world's only business school specifically designed for women.
Merrill-Sands, widely cited as an expert on issues relating to women's success in the workplace, assumes the new role following a year as acting dean and a number of years in various leadership positions at the School of Management (SOM). She replaces Patricia O'Brien, who joined Harvard College last year as deputy dean.
The School of Management (www.simmons.edu/som) is a unique school recognized as a national center for women, leadership, and management.
The School of Management was founded in 1973 by two female Harvard Business School professors who decried the classroom focus solely on men as business leaders. Today, SOM programs include undergraduate management and MBA programs that emphasize leadership, and offer a rigorous business curriculum combined with behavioral courses that address the effects of gender on leadership, communication, and management. Its new entrepreneurship initiative educates women from numerous disciplines who want to launch or improve their own business.
The SOM is a resource to organizations and individuals interested in women and leadership. Its Center for Gender in Organizations (www.simmons.edu/som/cgo) conducts cutting-edge research for businesses worldwide on improving organizational effectiveness by strengthening gender equity in the workplace. It offers the nation's premiere annual conference on women and leadership, attended by more than 2,500 women professionals nationwide. The School also delivers custom and open-enrollment executive programs for women leaders, partnering with such leading companies as Deloitte, Time Warner, Verizon, and Eli Lilly.
Merrill-Sands is an authority on gender dynamics in the workplace, women and leadership, women in science, and organizational change. As associate dean, she led the school's double-digit growth in executive education, and was co-founder and former co-director of the Center for Gender in Organizations.
Before joining the School of Management, Merrill-Sands was a consultant with the World Bank and the Ford Foundation, working on increasing the role of women in science, and was a senior researcher in a United Nations-sponsored research agency where she led international teams addressing issues of improving the livelihood of the rural poor--particularly women and families--in developing countries.
She is the author of numerous monographs, journal articles and book chapters, most focusing on diversity and gender issues in the workplace. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in applied anthropology from Cornell University, and her B.A. from Hampshire College. She has received numerous prestigious fellowships from the Rockefeller Foundation, Fulbright Hays, and the Social Science Research Council.
Simmons School of Management is one of five schools at the nationally ranked Simmons College (www.simmons.edu): an undergraduate women's college, the SOM, and co-educational schools of health studies, library and information science, and social work.

The DNA of Women Leaders
PR Newswire - April 21, 2005 11:42
New Study Shows That Women Leaders Are More Persuasive, Assertive and Willing to Take More Risks Than Men
PRINCETON, N.J., April 21, 2005 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Addressing an issue that has gone relatively unnoticed, Caliper, a Princeton-based management consulting firm conducted a study that found women leaders to be more assertive, persuasive, willing to take risks and have a stronger need to accomplish goals than male leaders.
The study, co-sponsored by Aurora, a leading global provider of gender diversity software, included in-depth personality profiles, a demographic analysis and interviews with 60 key women leaders from some of the top companies in the United States and the United Kingdom. Some of the companies included in the study were: Accenture, Bank of America, Deloitte & Touche, Deutsche Bank, The Economist Group, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Ernst & Young, IBM, International Paper, Johnson & Johnson, Kohler, Lloyds TSB, Molson Coors and Morgan Stanley.
One of the most striking findings in the study points to women leaders being more persuasive than their male counterparts.
"The women leaders we studied are more interested in hearing all points of view, then making the best possible decision. The final decision doesn't necessarily have to be their initial point of view. This willingness to see all sides of a situation enhances their persuasive ability," said Dr. Herb Greenberg, President and CEO, Caliper.
The male leaders studied, on the other hand, have a tendency to start from their own point of view. And because they are not as outgoing, open and flexible as the women leaders assessed, the male leaders may tend to force their perspective and convince through the strength of their position...rather than actually persuading. The male leaders studied run the risk of not necessarily persuading so much as pushing for their point of view.
Women leaders in the study also demonstrated a particular approach toward dealing with disappointment, rejection or situations that don't work out their way. The results showed that women would feel the sting of being set back. They may even dwell on it, and tend to be a little self-critical. But then they will muster their strength, shake it off, and learn what they need to carry on with more motivation.
Male leaders in the study tended to let experiences roll off their back -- without being affected by them as much as the women leaders. So, while the impact of rejection on male leaders was not as pronounced -- they also tended to learn less from those experiences.
"We're looking at a different paradigm of leadership, and it plays naturally to the strengths of women," says Regina Sacha, Vice President of Human Resources, FedEx Custom Critical. "The tide has turned. The leadership skills that come natural to women are now absolutely necessary for companies to continue to thrive. It certainly is the reverse of how it was when I first started out in the workplace. It seems like poetic justice."

Seven Biblical, Philosophical, and Theological Proofs Confirming the Superiority of Women over Men
by The Reverend Father Piotr Lenartowicz
The First One - from the temporal order of creation, God, creating everything from nothing, started with chaotic and inert matter and gradually proceeded toward a more perfect being (Woman was created last). The conclusion should be evident to a knowledgeable reader.
The Second One - from the quality of the material. Clay was quite sufficient to create man, but a much more sophisticated material was needed to create woman.
The Third One - from behavioral traits. Satan had to employ all of his intelligence to convince Eve, but for Adam a simple order "Eat it!" was sufficient.
The Fourth One - from the severity of the punishment.
a) The more intelligent is the culprit, the more justified is the severe punishment. Eve's punishment, subjection to Adam, is extremely humiliating for an intelligent creature.
b) This agonizing state of affairs is clearly provoked by sin. Judging from the behavior of Adam (see Third Proof above), woman was not subject to man in the Garden of Paradise right after creation.
Two Philosophical Proofs:
The Fifth One - from external appearance: Man occupies an intermediate position between animals and angels. Who look more like angels, men or women? Any further comment is superfluous.
The Sixth One - from intuition. St. Thomas Aquinas admitted that women have a better intuitive knowledge than men, therefore, they are closer to angels in the dynamism of their minds.
One Theological Proof:
The Seventh One - from the humility of Our Lord. In order to give us an example of humility, Our Lord took on the body of man.

Science Finally Proves what Women Have Always Known: Men are genetically closer to chimpanzees than to Women.
(Women Are Very Much Not Alike, Gene Study Finds)
By Robert Lee Hotz
From the L.A. Times, 3/17/05.
X chromosome diversity among females suggests that in effect 'there is not one human genome, but two -- male and female,' researcher says.
Scientists have found genetic evidence for what some men have long suspected: It is dangerous to make assumptions about women. The key is the X chromosome, the feminine sex chromosome that all men and women have in common.
In a study published today in the journal Nature, scientists said they had found an unexpectedly large genetic variation on the X chromosome among women. The findings were published in conjunction with the first comprehensive decoding of the chromosome, which appeared in the same journal.
Females can differ from each other almost as much as they do from males in the behavior of many genes at the heart of sexual identity, researchers said.
"Literally every one of the females we looked at had a different genetic story," said Duke University genetics expert Huntington Willard, who co-wrote the study. "It is not just a little bit of variation."
The analysis also found that the obsessively debated differences between men and women were, at least on the genetic level, even greater than previously thought.
As many as 300 of the genes on the X chromosome may be activated differently among women than among men, said molecular biologist Laura Carrel at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, the other author of the paper.
"The important question becomes how men and women actually vary and how much variability there is in females," Carrel said. "We now might have new candidate genes that could explain differences between men and women."
All told, men and women may differ by as much as 2% of their entire genetic inheritance, greater than the hereditary gap between humankind and its closest relative — the chimpanzee.
"In essence," Willard said, "there is not one human genome, but two — male and female."
Scientists estimate that there may be as many as 30,000 genes in the chemical DNA blueprint for human growth and development known as the human genome.
The chromosomes that dictate sexual development are mixed and matched in predictable combinations: A female inherits one X chromosome from each parent; a male inherits an X chromosome from his mother and a Y chromosome from his father.
To avoid any toxic effect from double sets of X genes, female cells randomly choose one copy of the X chromosome and silence it — or so scientists had believed.
The new analysis found that the second X chromosome was not a silent partner. As many as 25% of its genes are active, serving as blueprints to make necessary proteins.
To investigate this variation, Carrel and Willard isolated cells from 40 women and measured the activity of hundreds of genes to see whether those on the second X chromosome were active or silent.
Although those extra genes were supposed to be turned off, they found that about 15% of them in all female cells were still active, or in the terminology of genetics, "expressed." In some women, up to an additional 10% of those X-linked genes showed varying patterns of activity.
"This is 200 to 300 genes that are expressed up to twice as much as in a male or some other females," Willard said. "This is a huge number."
Researchers were surprised that they found so many unexpected differences in the behavior of the one sex chromosome that men and women share.
Though there is dramatic variation in the activation of genes on the X chromosomes that women inherit, there is none among those in men, the researchers reported.
Researchers have yet to understand the effect of so many different patterns of gene activation among women or determine what controls them, but all the evidence suggests that they are not random.
"What had looked like a simple yes or no has turned into a thousand shades of gray," said molecular biologist David Page, an expert on sex evolution at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research in Cambridge, Mass.
Illuminating this complex palette was the work of an international team of 250 scientists led by geneticist Mark Ross at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute in Hinxton, England. The team produced the first complete sequence of the X chromosome about two years after the decoding of the male Y chromosome.
The researchers found that the X chromosome, though relatively poor in genes, is rich in influence, deceptively subtle, and occasionally deadly to males.
The international team identified 1,098 functional genes along the X chromosome, more than 14 times as many as scientists had located on the tiny Y chromosome.

X Chromosome Shows Why Women Differ from Men
By Patricia Reaney
Wed Mar 16
LONDON (Reuters) - Scientists have cracked the genetic code of the female X chromosome which is linked to more than 300 human diseases and may help to explain why women are so different from men.
It contains 1,100 genes, or about five percent of the human genome, along with information that may help to improve the diagnosis of illnesses ranging from hemophilia, blindness and autism to obesity and leukemia.
The discovery, by an international consortium of scientists, shows that females are far more variable than previously thought and, when it comes to genes, more complex than men.
"The X chromosome is definitely the most extraordinary in the human genome in terms of its inheritance pattern, its unique biology ... and in terms of its association with human disease," said Dr Mark Ross, of the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute in Britain which led the consortium.
WHY THE DIFFERENCE?
Chromosomes, which are found in the nucleus of every cell, contain genes that determine the characteristics of an individual. Women have two X chromosomes while men have an X and a Y, which gives them their male features.
The research, which is reported in the science journal Nature, shows the Y is an eroded version of the X chromosome with only a few genes. The X chromosome is also bigger than the Y and because females have two copies, one X chromosome is largely switched off or inactivated.
But not all of the genes on the silenced chromosome are inactivated, which could explain some of the differences between men and women, according to Laura Carrel, of Penn State College of Medicine in Pennsylvania who also reported her findings in the journal.
The X inactivation also varies widely among women.
"The effects of these genes from the inactive X chromosome could explain some of the differences between men and women that aren't attributable to sex hormones," she said in a statement.

Women aspire to be housewives - without any of the housework
By Sarah Womack, Social Affairs Correspondent
(Filed: 11/05/2004)
Mothers are rejecting equality in the workplace and prefer the idea of becoming full-time housewives - but not ones who actually do housework.
This is the overall conclusion of research among 2,100 British adults that says women are happy to abandon the workplace but not if it means spending all day at home cooking, cleaning and looking after children.
The report, by Marian Salzman, chief strategic officer of Euro RSCG Worldwide, the world's fifth largest advertising agency, describes these women as princess-style "domestic divas" who effectively exploit their husbands.
Her research suggested that the motivation to spend more time at home was "self-centred" for some women. "There are many women who choose to stay home out of concern for their children's quality of life," she said. "But there are plenty of others who are paying lip service to being the 2004 version of the perfect mum.
"In reality they are domestic divas who want the flawless kids, courtesy of the nanny; a spotless home, thanks to a cleaning service; and a reputation for being a fabulously put-together homemaker.”
"These are the women who are becoming a target of disdain and rage on the part of spouses who didn't expect to be shouldering the financial burden single-handedly."
She said she was not talking about mothers with very young children but those whose offspring were older and in full-time education.
"My two closest friends are stay-at-home women and I have no idea what they do all day. One of them has a daughter at university and a second daughter at high school."
But Miss Salzman said the reality was that women with older children were increasingly becoming self-indulgent. "They look at the realities of paid work - the stress, the politics, the pressure, the dress code - and they say that it would mean less 'me' time.
"And we are not just talking about women who earn lots of money. Women who earn 27,500, or 55,000, or more than 55,000 did not want to work, and men are feeling a great deal of financial pressure.
"Women think: 'What's mine is mine, and what's his is mine.' "

The Second Annual One-And-Only Full Monty Party
Last year our first CFNM ("clothed-female, nude-male") party was held. It was hosted on a beauty beach in southern California with the theme being "The One-and-Only Full Monty Beach Party". It was organized by a group of young professionals, and it was done through the Internet. Through various discussions forums, chat rooms, video conference servers and the like, it came together. An invitation was posted on the net discussing the party and the mission, and all women over 18 were invited. For the benefit of the women, we were a little more selective with the guys focusing on nice (considerate) guys that were somewhat younger and physiques ranging from full-time body builders and athletes to slender physiques. Ultimately, about 40 showed with the women being a majority.
Following were the rules the women set for the party:
•
All men had to strip totally nude during the dance routine at the beginning of the party. Once nude, they had to remain fully nude until the end of the party. Any man showing up with his girlfriend or wife, and the guys assisting in throwing the party also had to be completely naked.
•
The women would remain fully clothed for the entire party and no pressure nor suggestions would be made that they remove anything.
•
The guys had to be courteous and respect the women and basically be servants to the women, get them drinks and tend to their needs.
•
The girls would be encouraged to prick tease the guys mercilessly, which was fun for them because with the mens' cocks on full display, the women could instantly see which prick teasing techniques were working best.
•
The women could fondle any part of the mens' bodies at any time.
Based upon numerous requests for a repeat, the planners have decided to host another. But this year we have found a fantastic venue - a wonderful estate.
What is the mission of the party?
As with last year, this is a private, not-for-profit party for friendly, young people to meet each other and have a great time, this is the most important aspect. But unlike other parties, ours has a fun, very unique and a bit risque twist. The guys, who will be selectively picked to attend based upon their attractiveness and good attitudes, will perform a full striptease for the girls. But don't worry ladies, although the men will be partying with us au natural, the women will not be required to remove anything, and it is prohibited for guys to request the girls to do so. Basically, the theme of the party specifically requires the women to remain clothed throughout the party for reasons discussed below. This is simply a party wherein the girls can come and be voyeurs, watch and flirt with nude guys, enjoy food and drink then return home in the evening without any pressure for sexual activity.
And all the men guarantee to be courteous to all women treating them with friendliness and respect, or they will be asked to leave. Full nudity is mandatory for all men present for the duration of the party, including boyfriends, husbands and any males coming in your party. Some refreshments and music will be provided (hope you like Jimmy Buffet!). There will also be contests and prizes for all.
Who is invited? Who should Attend?
Space will be limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis!
•
MEN: Men must be prescreened. First and foremost they must be respectful to the women. Second, we are only inviting guys between the age of 21 and 40 that are physically fit. Men wishing to participate may e-mail us, and must include a full description of themselves including age, height, weight, general occupation and at least two photos of themselves. Nude photos are not necessary; however, at least one should show the entire physique. Note: those that have misrepresented themselves will not be granted entrance to the event.. Preference will be given to body builders, athletes and men that are well groomed. This may sound unfair, but this party is for the benefit of the women and provides them with an opportunity to experience the same thing men have for years, to come and view attractive and sexy guys take it off. Screening the men also protects the women and maintains a high female-to-male ratio, as our events are designed to have more females than males. You should attend if you are a playful exhibitionist that doesn't mind being fully exposed to numerous women...please note that it is probable none of the women will be nude or topless - this is NOT an invitation to attend a sex party. In addition, for those men that have a fantasy of being a nude male servant catering to a bevy of women, you should find our events much to your liking.
•
WOMEN: All women above 21 are invited providing the number remains manageable (please contact us in advance to assure we aren't overbooked). You should attend if you enjoy meeting other people, having a fun time and are comfortable in the presence of totally nude men.
Where and When?
We are presently considering several venues to host this next party. Last year we planned it at the La Villa Estate in North San Diego County. We would like to get a strong following prior to committing to a venue such that the venue will be closer to where most people are coming. It is our plan to have these become regular parties during warm weather.
Cost to Come
As we've said, this is a non-profit event and we will request donations to cover our costs. We will be renting this estate, and therefore must ask for a small donation. Any excess proceeds after payment of expenses are kept to host the next part of the same theme.
FAQs:
•
Q: Will there be open sex?
A: This is not a "swingers" party, nor is there an agenda for open sexual activity. We intend for all women to be comfortable and happy, and many will be a bit nervous being their first time and not knowing what to expect. But again, the women will set the tone.
•
Q: OK, interested, but tell me, what is it like? Is it just a bunch of horny naked guys?
A: No, you'd be surprised at last year's event. First, the majority at the party have historically been women, and a good portion of the party was no different than any other cocktail gathering or social event. People talked about their jobs, hobbies, what they do and where they have traveled. Pleasant friendly conversation was common. Since the guys are at the disadvantage (exposed and vulnerable) some may even be a bit shy. With that said, the goal of many of the women is to tease the guys into an aroused state, and they are quite good at it. So, there will be "horny naked guys" at the party; however, no sex is allowed. Of course, guys and gals do meet and leave the party together, but we never asked them to kiss and tell ;o)
•
Q: I'm just a girl that enjoys a little voyeurism, and I love the "Haha - I can see you but you can't see me" quality of this party (finally, turn about's fair play!), but have no desire to pick up a guy or have a sexual encounter. Is this for me or is there another agenda?
A: Yes. The party is designed for girls like you as well as for women that enjoy being more empowered in a social setting - that is, they like the men being naked and vulnerably exposed with women in control. Our parties are designed cater to both of these themes. But there is another equally as important agenda, and that is for people to have a good time and get to know each other as with any other fun party. Other women come to meet guys and hopefully establish a post-party friendship, which is very possible given we typically come from the same general region.
•
Q: Can I bring some girlfriends?
A: Definitely - we encourage you to bring your girlfriends! This will make you feel more comfortable having friends present, and, will make it a much more friendly environment.
•
Q: What do the women wear? Although it is not required for girls to undress, is female nudity permissible?
A: Dressing sexy is definitely welcome, although casual and comfortable dress is the norm. Clothing worn by the women would be no different than what you would wear to a backyard party or a day at the beach. It will probably be held outdoors around a pool area, so dress accordingly. Historically, clothes range from a pretty sun dress, to pants to even a sexy bikini bathing suit or thong. Although no woman will be ejected for undressing, we prefer for all women to remain fully clothed for the entire party for three important reasons. First, if women also get nude, it will change the atmosphere possibly making it more sexual, and contrary to what we are targeting. Second, many women come with the understanding they will not be required to undress. If a good portion of the women are getting nude, those who do not may feel awkward. These women have asked us to assure other women will remain clothed. And third, we want to preserve a very unique dynamic, that is all women are clothed whereas all men are completely naked. Women being clothed whereas the men are nude creates an empowerment and advantage for the women through putting the men at a disadvantage, and is what makes the event fun and enjoyable!
•
Q: Is this legal?
A: This is a private, non-commercial party on private property. The venue will be secluded such that the party cannot be seen from off-site by non-attendees. There are party houses in the general area where much more erotic activities (including open swinging) have been occurring for years unencumbered by law enforcement or neighbors. Consequently, we believe it is a non-issue and there will be no problems.
•
Q: Will I be safe and not hassled by the guys?
A: All the females last year will attest that the guys were not only friendly and courteous, but some were downright shy. In addition, the women will outnumber the men. Our goal is to assure that the guys are all nice and understand the theme. All males will be instructed to treat all women like princesses, to get them drinks if requested, and to be polite. And anyone at the party that feels the least bit uncomfortable may leave at anytime. We will also have designated males (big guys) to act as bouncers for unwanted guests. Our goal is to make sure you have a good time!
•
Q: Can I bring my boyfriend/husband/male roommate?
A: Yes, but he must read this web site, adhere to all of the rules, and, must also remain nude for the entire party. And a word of caution...you will be parading your significant other naked in front of other women, that may be eyeing him closely, which is what the party is about. Consequently, only bring him if you feel very secure and not prone to jealousy.
•
Q: Can I bring a camera and photograph the participants?
A: We will have a staging area for photographs. Photos are permissible anytime in this area, so guys and gals should be careful not to wander into area where photos are allowed. Outside of the area, photos are only permitted upon mutual consent. Many of the guys actually enjoy having their nude photos taken with women! So yes, bring your camera as we are sure you'll have the opportunity to have some pictures taken of you partying with some naked men for this year's Christmas cards (but keep it in your bag until the time is right). No commercial photographers are invited.
•
Q: I love flirting with and sexually taunting guys to get them aroused although I may have no desire to have sex or anything. How do you feel about a prick tease like me?
A: We love you! Prick teasing is encouraged and is an integral part of the theme of the party! With the guys being fully exposed all the girls are afforded the rare opportunity to instantly see the guys' physical reactions to whatever prick teasing technique the girls are bestowing...so you can certainly get in some quality practice!
•
Q: Is this a female-dominance/bdsm party, or, is it something else?
A: This is not the traditional femdom/slave environment wherein men are subjected to humiliation and forced into obedience. Femdoms have come to our parties and enjoy it, as do feminists that enjoy the empowerment of women over men wherein the men undress for the pleasure of the women with the men not being afforded the same in return. The men coming all must pledge to be respectful, and polite to the women, and most importantly, they understand that at our parties the women's pleasure and enjoyment are placed first, even if (and especially if) it is at the expense of the men's embarrassment or awkward feelings.
•
Q: Will the guys be getting erections? Will they be touching themselves in a self-erotic way?
A: With the amount of teasing that went on last year, almost every guy was parading about with a full erection at one time or another, much to the viewing delight of the women. So yes, you can expect to see erections...and for that matter, some of the contests and events involve erections (see below). As it pertains to the guys relieving their sexual frustration as the women watch, again, we will leave it to the women as to what they desire. So far the preponderance of women are in favor of observing the men perform auto-erotic acts, provided it is done in a sensuous, sharing way that is not overbearing on the theme (and there is a history of such performances at our parites). But we believe the reality is that most men will be too inhibited absent a lot of encouragement from the women...so again, the tone will be set by the gals. And if it is the collective desire of the females present is to watch the men perform such acts, we will expect for the men, in the spirit of putting the women's enjoyment first, to accommodate the women and allow them such viewing pleasures.
•
Q: Can I touch the guys?
A: Again, this is a private, non-commercial party, so fondling is certainly going to happen! As long as the guys and gals are enjoying themselves, women may touch, pinch, fondle, grab, grope, massage, stroke, the guys anytime and anywhere on their bodies. However, the men are not allowed to touch the women in a sexual manner without their prior granting of such, and the women must always keep their clothes on.
•
Q: What type of games/contests will be played?
A: Some of the girls have suggested the following: Best buns, best chest and biggest balls contests, a ring toss contest, "Guess who's attached to that?" and a "Minute Man" contest in which the guys are teased by female contestants and the girl that gets the first guy to "rise to the occasion at full attention" wins. In addition we would like to finish the hand vs. penis size survey started last year, in which the girls measured the length of the hands of the guys as compared to the length of their erect penises to ascertain the truth in the ole wives tale. Would love more suggestions!
Email us at the below address with any questions. Men wishing to participate must include a full description of themselves including age, height, weight, general occupation and at least two photos of themselves, which will be verified Note: those that have misrepresented themselves will be aggressively turned away at the event.. Emails (both men & women) with photos will receive first priority. Looking forward to a great time!
